This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which users may cancel subscriptions, request refunds, or seek payment-related support for services provided under the brand name Jurex.AI, owned and operated by Insphire Digi Tech Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at D270 305A Vista Business Tower, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.
3.1. Subscription Cancellation
3.1.1. How to Cancel
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the “Billing” or “Subscription” section.
Alternatively, cancellation requests can be made by emailing our support team at support@jurex.ai with your registered email address and subscription details.
3.1.2. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically in the next billing cycle.
You will retain full access to your templates, dashboard, and all active features until the end of the current paid period.
Once the current billing period expires, your access will automatically be restricted or downgraded to the free plan (if applicable).
3.1.3. No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days, weeks, or months after cancellation.
Access remains available until the end of the paid term, ensuring that users receive the full value of the subscription.
3.2. Refund Policy
3.2.1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are processed only in exceptional circumstances, including:
💠 Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription or service due to a technical error.
💠 Failed Delivery or Technical Error: If, after successful payment, you are unable to access your account or services and the issue remains unresolved within 3 business days of reporting.
💠 Corrupted Digital Delivery: If a delivered template or file is corrupted or non-functional and cannot be replaced by our support team.
3.2.2. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be provided for the following:
Change of mind or voluntary discontinuation after purchase.
Incorrect plan selection or misunderstanding of service features.
Dissatisfaction arising from content quality, legal suitability, or jurisdictional differences in templates, as they are automatically generated and meant for educational or reference use.
Inactivity or non-usage of the platform after payment.
Expired promotional or trial subscriptions.
3.2.3. Refund Timeline and Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
In some cases, depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Refund requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria will be respectfully declined.
3.3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Include the following details in your message:

Registered Email Address
Subscription Plan
Payment Date and Transaction ID
Detailed explanation of the issue
Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with an update or resolution.
If your refund is approved, confirmation will be sent to your registered email, along with the estimated refund processing time.
3.4. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments
If a recurring payment or renewal attempt fails due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or authorization issues, your subscription will be temporarily paused.
Access will be automatically restored once payment is successfully processed.
You may update your billing method at any time in your account settings to avoid interruptions.
3.5. Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider, users are encouraged to contact support@jurex.ai directly.
Most technical or billing errors can be resolved faster through our internal support process.
Filing a dispute without prior communication may delay resolution and result in account suspension during the review.
3.6. Legal Disclaimer
Jurex.AI is a brand name and does not represent a separate legal entity.
All transactions, refunds, and billing operations are carried out by Insphire Digi Tech Pvt Ltd, in accordance with applicable commercial and consumer protection laws.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed under the sole discretion of the Company.
