This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital products, templates, subscriptions, and services provided under the brand name Jurex.AI, operated by Insphire Digi Tech Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at D270 305A Vista Business Tower, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab 140307, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

2.1. Nature of Products and Delivery

All products and services offered by Jurex.AI are digital in nature and are delivered electronically through our web and mobile platforms.

There are no physical goods shipped to users.

Upon activation of your subscription or successful purchase, users gain immediate access to all applicable digital resources.

Templates, forms, and documents can be generated, edited, and downloaded directly from your account dashboard.

Access remains valid for the duration of your active subscription plan.

2.2. Delivery Method

Digital access is enabled instantly after successful payment confirmation through our payment gateway.

Once payment is verified, you can log in to your Jurex.AI account to start using the platform features and download templates.

In case of renewal, continued access is maintained automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Users will also receive an email confirmation of their purchase/subscription, including billing details and plan validity.

2.3. Delivery Timeframes

Instant Activation: Access is granted within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Delayed Payments: If the payment status is pending, declined, or requires manual verification (for example, bank authorization), activation may take up to 24 hours.

System Maintenance: During scheduled maintenance or upgrades, access to some features may be temporarily unavailable, and users will be informed in advance.

2.4. Access and Technical Issues

If you face any issue accessing your account or digital templates:

Contact our support team at support@jurex.ai within 24–48 hours of the transaction.

Include proof of payment, account email, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will verify the details and restore or reissue access as quickly as possible.

In cases of server downtime or platform-related disruptions, we will provide reasonable compensation or access extensions where applicable.

2.5. No Physical Delivery

Jurex.AI does not deal with any tangible, physical, or hard-copy materials.

All templates, agreements, and resources are digital downloads or cloud-based tools accessible online.

Any references to “shipping” or “delivery” invoices or payment confirmations strictly refer to digital delivery through electronic means.

2.6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Delivery may fail or be delayed due to:

Incorrect or invalid email/account details provided at the time of registration.

Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side.

Third-party payment gateway delays.

In such cases, users are encouraged to contact support@jurex.ai, and our support team will assist promptly.

2.7. Subscription Renewals and Expiry

Subscriptions are renewed automatically based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).

Upon cancellation, access remains valid until the end of the current billing period.

After expiry or non-renewal, digital access is suspended, but previously downloaded templates remain in the user’s possession.
